What you will be doing?

Our Product Manager role within the purchase department focuses on growing the built-in and coffee business across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing and purchasing teams to shape and manage the product portfolio. This includes strategic decision making and hands on approach to product replenishment and supplier management.

You will coordinate marketing activities, oversee product replenishment processes and monitor business results to implement improvements.

You will establish strategic communication with suppliers (e.g. Electrolux, Bosch, Jura, Philips) and internal teams to drive growth and profitability.

You have at least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.

You possess strong analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.

You speak English at a professional level.
